Job Summary Are you an Otolaryngologist (ENT) seeking a collaborative, patient-centered practice with strong clinical support and a built-in referral network? We invite both experienced ENTs and recent residency graduates to explore this exceptional opportunity in the Twin Cities metro area.

Position Highlights

Existing high functioning team of 9 board-certified respected otolaryngologists providing comprehensive adult and pediatric ENT care.

Looking for an otologist or a general ENT with a strong interest in ear surgery.

Supported by 9 experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to enhance clinic flow and optimize patient care.

Current call rotation: Q9

8 hour daytime shifts

Work alongside dedicated ENT-specific RNs, MAs, and full-time audiologists.

Fully integrated EPIC EMR system for seamless patient management.

Job Description As part of the otolaryngologist team for clinic coverage, you will be mainly working out of Allina Health Bandana Square and Plymouth Clinic locations.

Principle Responsibilities

Evaluates, diagnoses, provides consultation and comprehensive medical care to patients presenting with diseases, deformities, or disorders of the head and neck that affect the ears, nose, throat, the respiratory and upper alimentary systems and the treatment of disorders of hearing and voice.

Provides education, consultation or intervention to patients (treatment plan) and their families.

May provide care in an ambulatory clinic, inpatient or outpatient hospital setting.

May participate in on-call rotation.

Job Requirements

Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine.

Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited residency training program in Otolaryngology.

Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire.

ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days.

Physical Demands Medium Work

Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy),

Up to 25 lbs. frequently.

Pay Range $440,000 to $700,000 per year. The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
