A Financial Services Firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as the Head of Investor Relations. This role will follow a hybrid schedule.
Base pay range $200,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr
Additional compensation types Annual Bonus
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute investor relations strategies to enhance the company’s public image and strengthen investor confidence.
Communicate financial performance, strategic direction, and outlook to investors, analysts, and stakeholders.
Oversee accurate, timely preparation and dissemination of financial reports, earnings releases, and regulatory filings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders.
Organize and manage investor meetings, earnings calls, roadshows, and conferences.
Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and analyst reports to provide actionable feedback to senior management.
Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to manage investor relations and protect the company’s reputation.
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence during crises.
Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, effective communication with the investment community.
Provide training and support to senior management for investor presentations and communications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Professional certifications such as CFA, IRC, or CFP are highly desirable.
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in finance, communications, or investor relations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in financial services is preferred.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
