The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing compensation, benefits, HRIS, shared services, and organization design to ensure a fully integrated approach that is competitive, equitable, and financially sustainable. This executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience, enhancing engagement, and driving organizational performance in line with the company's mission and strategy. Key responsibilities include leading the enterprise-wide cash compensation strategy, designing and delivering benefit programs, and ensuring that HR operations are efficient and aligned with the needs of the business. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of progressive HR leadership experience, with a strong background in compensation, benefits, HR operations, and organization design. The role requires a deep understanding of cash compensation strategy, incentive design, and healthcare labor market practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in employee engagement, job architecture implementation, and organizational efficiency improvements. Hands-on leadership of HRIS and shared services, as well as strong financial acumen, are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for an advanced degree and/or relevant certifications. The SVP will be expected to be a strategic advisor, an integrator, and an employee-centric leader, with a focus on driving change and digital transformation in the HR function.
