Support / Deployment Techs
for our client in
Bethpage, NY.

Responsibilities:
Windows workstation deployment which includes:
Receipt from previous user or branch, general clean-up, if necessary. Receipt of new laptops from carrier. Unboxing / boxing. Set up on bench. Imaging (for new laptops). Adding to domain / Correcting OU. Software push and configuration. Managing inventory.
Decommissioning if laptop is at end of life per the policy. Staging of devices and peripherals. At branch locations, assistance with tech refresh tasks including removing old devices, installing new devices, cable management / replacement, as necessary. General lab organization, cleanup. Dock pickups, de-palatizing.
Skills:
Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10 / 11). Imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT, or similar). Experience with domain join procedures and Active Directory (OU management). Laptop and desktop setup (unboxing, hardware staging, cable management). Peripherals setup (monitors, docks, keyboards, etc.). Knowledge of tech refresh processes and hardware lifecycles. Familiarity with pushing software via centralized tools (e.g., SCCM, Intune). Ability to troubleshoot software configuration issue.
