Camp Fire North Shore is seeking a dedicated and professional Site Coordinator to lead one of our 21st Century Community Learning Sites. This year-round, full-time position plays a key role in ensuring that all youth - including those with disabilities, behavioral challenges, and diverse learning needs - have access to a safe, welcoming, and enriching environment where they can thrive.

About the Role The Site Coordinator oversees the
day-to-day operations
of one of our 21st Century Community School out of school time sites, managing staff, maintaining compliance, and ensuring that every participant feels included, supported, and valued. This is a hands-on position that requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills - and above all, a deep commitment to professionalism and inclusion.
The ideal candidate is a calm, confident leader who can manage staff and site operations effectively while also building strong relationships with families, school partners, and community members. You will supervise staff, coordinate program activities, track attendance and enrollment, manage timecards, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date using Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily program operations, ensuring a safe, structured, and engaging environment for all children.
Support and mentor site staff, promoting professionalism, teamwork, and accountability.
Manage registration, attendance, and communication with families and schools.
Support and include youth with disabilities, behavioral challenges, and diverse learning needs.
Ensure compliance with EEC, grant, and organizational policies.
Approve and manage staff timecards and maintain accurate records.
Lead weekly team meetings and contribute to staff development.
Utilize Google Workspace for documentation, scheduling, and communication.
Partner with the Director of Operations, subcontractors, and project based learning teachers to implement high-quality curriculum and enrichment activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, or related field required.
Minimum six months of experience working with school-age children (nine months if degree is outside a related field).
Experience supporting children with disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred.
Demonstrated leadership, organization, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) required.
CPR and First Aid Certification (Camp Fire will provide training upon hire).
Must be at least 20 years old.
