Production Manager , a servant leader who shares our commitment to people and operational excellence.
Location: Denver, CO – Salary: $100,000 - $120,000.
Responsibilities
Implement the strategic production plan for the plant.
Manage production capabilities and waste elimination initiatives, modeling a culture of safe work practices and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure production schedules are met.
Create a team environment aligned with company mission and vision, improving production capabilities, learning and implementing Lean practices, maintaining culture of reliability, honor, and trust.
Lead, manage, and develop production supervisors, following Lean principles and ensuring successful teamwork, operating as a servant leader, instilling commitment and discipline.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in a production management role within a food manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, FDA, USDA, and other food safety regulations.
Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization is a plus.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive results.
Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
