Whilst this role is home based, this role will cover the M25 corridor so the ideal candidate needs to be located within this area. Job purpose

Develop and nurture relationships with our existing clients and contractors. Your role involves managing and advancing leads and enquiries from tender through to accurate handovers to the project manager. You’ll promote Moores’ products and services, maximize revenue and margin through proactive selling techniques, and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties and responsibilities

Account Development

Prospect and cold call within the defined territory Build relationships at all levels with potential new customers Work with key contacts to develop new solutions to add value Drive growth of revenue and margin Business Planning & Reporting Produce annual sales forecast Territory Target Produce annual business plan to support delivery of sales forecast Account action plans including planned activity and goals Report on activity via CRM system Monthly objectives reporting Review and own enquiry updates through to outcome Provide commercial intelligence on pricing proposals and enquiry outcomes Arrange samples and show homes as necessary Project implementation in line with agreed processes Other Responsibilities Negotiate price increase and price management where applicable Market & competitor knowledge Previous Experience

Track record of achieving and exceeding targets Knowledge of route to market Kitchen, bathroom and bedroom knowledge an advantage Educated to degree level or similar Key Skills

Networking at all levels Develop and articulate solutions Business acumen and commercial awareness Work as part of a team High level of autonomy Excellent presentation skills Reporting / Management Information

Ensure internal KPI’s are adhered to and look at root cause where KPI’s are not met Ensure internal systems are accurate and kept up to date Weekly/Monthly objective reporting We have some Amazing Benefits including
