Travel Role: Registered Nurse - Direct Patient Care Responsibilities: Assessment & Planning (40%): Assess patient needs; provide nursing interventions per physician orders and evidence-based practice. Direct Care (30%): Administer medications, treatments, patient education, assist with transfers, respond to alarms, and other nursing duties. Evaluation (20%): Monitor effectiveness of treatment plans; collaborate to update/revise care as needed. Compliance & Knowledge (10%): Follow all local, state, federal regulations and hospital policies.
