Marie, MI . Position Overview: Provide direct patient care using the nursing process, including ongoing assessment, interventions, and evaluation of patient responses Serve as a team leader and resource , delegating and overseeing support staff Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to establish goals and outcomes for each patient Deliver compassionate, safe, and effective care for all patient types Key Responsibilities: 40%: Assess patient needs and provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and evidence-based standards 30%: Administer medications, perform treatments, patient education, respond to call lights, assist with transfers, respond to alarms, and perform other duties as needed 20%: Evaluate treatment plan effectiveness and participate in care plan updates with the team 10%: Maintain compliance with hospital policies and local, state, and federal regulations Requirements: Required: 2 years OB/GYN or Labor & Delivery nursing experience BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) NRP – Advanced Holiday availability Preferred: Previous travel nursing experience Contact: HumanEdge Health /> HumanEdge Travel Healthcare Job ID 13192.
