The successful candidate will be responsible for the monthly and quarterly financial close processes, leading the transition to US GAAP financial statements, and developing management reporting tools. Collaboration with leadership is essential to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making, particularly in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation. The role also involves ensuring compliance with bank reporting obligations, overseeing accounts receivable collection processes, and supporting external audits. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with 7-12 years' of relevant accounting experience, preferably in financial services. A CPA certification and strong knowledge of US GAAP standards are preferred. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office, experience with ERP systems, and familiarity with AI tools and data analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to manage complex financial modeling, and a proven track record of working autonomously and managing team responsibilities effectively.
