About the Role

As a BCBA at Eyas Landing, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic, clients' schools and homes. You’ll work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs, supporting their cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:

Providing caregiver coaching and support

Developing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans

Supervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions

Collaborating

with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Hourly Rate: $36-$41/hour
