Merlin Day Academy , a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages
6-14 years old
with
autism spectrum disorder (ASD) ,
ADHD ,
sensory processing disorder , and other
neurodiverse
needs. This is an opportunity to combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school-based, team-driven program that supports every student's growth.

About the Role As a clinic-based
BCBA
at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide ABA therapy to foster each student's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
Providing caregiver coaching and support
Developing evidence-based individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
Supervising and mentoring RBTs during ABA therapy sessions
Collaborating daily with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workers
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $74,000-85,000
