As a Security Operations Technician with Epic Hosting, you will be part of a SOC team that secures Epic's SaaS infrastructure for some of the largest healthcare organizations in the country. You’ll identify security events in the environment and coordinate investigation and response across multiple teams. You will use your ability to think critically to determine long-term process improvements rather than quick temporary solutions. Escalating potential security incidents with relevant information. Meeting all security responsibilities as per policies and procedures. Qualifications:

Familiarity with enterprise firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, application whitelisting, and DLP. Experience with log analysis, monitoring, and security operations centers. Security certifications such as GSEC, SSCP, ECSA, Security+ are a plus. Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell is helpful. Experience with access management, Active Directory, and physical security is advantageous. Familiarity with SIEM, MFA, and ITIL tools is beneficial. Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI (reimbursed). Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. Availability for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift. COVID-19 vaccination required.
