Your Background
Bachelors degree in engineering or a related technical field 5+ years of machine shop management experience Strong knowledge of equipment reliability and HSE standards Proven leadership and team development skills Experience with inventory optimization and reporting Proven experience as a machinist Familiarity with AutoCAD, CNC Mastercam, ERP, and SAP
