Position Overview We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to expand our client base and strengthen relationships across the Orlando market. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in sales who want to advance their business-to-business development skills in a high-impact, growth-oriented environment. You’ll play a key role in developing new business opportunities, networking with decision-makers, and representing Envirowaste with professionalism and energy.
What You’ll Do
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with commercial and municipal clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and follow-ups
Present customized solutions and services to meet client needs
Develop strategies to achieve and exceed sales targetsCollaborate with leadership to drive business growth and market expansion
Represent Envirowaste at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in business‑to‑business or service‑based industries
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong motivation to succeed with a proactive, go‑getter mindset
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Comfortable engaging directly with business leaders and decision‑makers
Coachable, eager to learn, and ready to grow into greater responsibility
Valid driver’s license (company car provided)
