Business Development Intern
Remote in Florida – Fully remote position offering practical experience in B2B sales, client outreach, and revenue generation.
About us Fast growing, profitable head‑hunting and recruiting agency based in Orlando, Florida. Seeking eager, sales‑minded individuals to expand our sales team. Potential to be hired full time after graduation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients to build a robust lead pipeline.
Conduct cold outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage prospects and schedule meetings with key decision‑makers.
Assist in preparing sales materials, following up on leads, and contributing to the closure of initial deals.
Collaborate with senior team members to monitor progress, evaluate strategies, and refine approaches.
Utilize CRM systems, email automation tools, and market research platforms to support business development efforts.
Hands‑on involvement in driving company growth and developing essential professional skills.
Qualifications
Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office and LinkedIn.
Strong self‑motivation and time management skills.
Availability to commit 15‑20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate academic or other commitments.
Compensation Performance‑based internship with no base salary. Compensation includes $50 for each qualified meeting scheduled and 10% commission on the first deal closed with a new client. The average deal size is ~$20,000, offering significant earning potential based on performance.
