Position Summary:
Were seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up hospitality or commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role involves full lifecycle responsibilitycost, schedule, subcontractors, and client communicationon high-quality, design-forward builds. Youll work alongside a seasoned internal team and have the opportunity to grow within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities: Lead all phases of construction, from planning to turnover Manage budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and design partners Serve as primary client contact and ensure project satisfaction Maintain project documentation and resolve project issues proactively Mentor junior team members and support project execution
Qualifications: 5+ years of PM experience with a commercial general contractor Track record managing ground-up or large-scale interiors Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project a plus Strong technical, communication, and leadership skills
