Software Engineer

As a software engineer you will serve as a software developer for F-35 Pilot Systems Software (PSSW), Multi-Function Display (MFD), and Helmet Mounted Display (HMD) Teams. In this role you will be expected to lead in the design, development, test and integration of real-time, embedded display software for TR3 and TR2 hardware. This software will be developed in C++ and OpenGL using an agile methodology. Typically has 6 - 9 years of professional experience. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree or above required within Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related major C++ experience Python experience Unix/Linux experience Experience with large real time embedded software development Agile/Scrum Development experience Desired Skills: Embedded display experience Experience with JSF architecture Experience with test automation Experience with CI/CD, Pipeline OpenGL Python and/or Perl Atlassian Collaboration Tools Experience in a fast-paced environment in technical teams across virtual environments Experience or familiarity with System Integration and Test Team leadership experience Mission Systems/Avionics background Detail and teamwork oriented Experience applying design patterns in C++ OOA/OOD/OOP Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
