Scrum Master Opportunity
Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Project Management skills to support global, cross-functional teams delivering technology-driven initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing agile teams, coordinating work across multiple time zones, and driving measurable delivery outcomes through metrics, reporting, and KPI tracking. Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) for multiple teams. Serve as the Scrum Master while also managing project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. Track and communicate team progress using Jira and related reporting tools. Identify and manage inter-team dependencies to ensure alignment across global teams. Support delivery planning and ensure consistent execution against milestones and KPIs. Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to remove blockers and improve team efficiency. Provide clear, data-driven insights using metrics and reports to monitor sprint health, velocity, and performance. Foster continuous improvement and Agile best practices across teams. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or software development environment. Hands-on experience with Jira for agile planning, tracking, and reporting. Strong understanding of dependency management and cross-team coordination. Demonstrated experience supporting distributed teams across global time zones. Proven ability to analyze and communicate delivery performance using metrics, reporting, and KPIs. Scrum certification required (e.g., CSM, CSPO, or equivalent). Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
