ETL Testing Lead job at Diverse Lynx. Charlotte, NC. We are seeking a skilled lead test engineer with hands-on testing expertise to support a critical Asset Management transition project. The ideal candidate will perform end-to-end testing, lead testing efforts, and coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and implementation partners to ensure a seamless migration. This role requires strong technical skills and leadership to deliver a high-quality implementation. Key Responsibilities:

Hands-on testing: develop, execute, and maintain test plans and scripts ensuring alignment with business requirements. Test lead duties: lead and mentor a small team, provide guidance and best practices. Assess automation requirements. Project coordination: collaborate with implementation partner testing teams, business analysts, SMEs, developers, and project managers to align testing activities with timelines and objectives. Facilitate UAT sessions with end users. Coordinate with data migration teams to validate mapping and transformation rules. Hands-on experience with ADO, preferable Hexagon EAM, ETL testing, Tosca.
