Desktop Support Technician

We're looking for a Desktop Support Technician who thrives on fixing things, solving puzzles, and helping people who just "don't get computers." If that sounds like you, keep reading. In this 6+ month contract role, you'll be imaging laptops, setting up workstations, and jumping in whenever something stops working (yes, even when the printer "mysteriously" unplugs itself). What's the job? Image and reimage laptops (Windows 10/11 and macOS) Perform basic break/fix troubleshooting across classroom and office environments Support professors and classes by setting up and maintaining AV equipment Respond to and manage help desk tickets using TeamDynamix or similar tools Work collaboratively with IT staff and AV engineers to keep systems up to date Cover occasional Saturday classes and provide tech support during sessions What's needed?
