As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support and enhance our events programs by planning, implementing, and assessing logistics costs and inventory processes. Your primary duties include ensuring the timely and cost-effective shipping and receiving of products and materials. Attention to detail is crucial, as you will provide multiple daily shipment tracking updates to keep shipments on schedule. A thorough understanding of LTL and FTL is essential, as you will manage logistics within the US, Canada, and internationally. How You'll Help Us Win: Coordinate with our TMS provider (Uber Freight) to create, track, and update shipments to and from Costco Warehouses. Monitor inventory movements and maintain accurate records in the ERP system, Epicor. Communicate proactively with Sales Reps regarding inventory and delivery timelines. Manage Costco Roadshow Program costs. Prepare and update reports on Carrier Usage, Ending Inventory/Sell Through, Lean Inventory, and Costs. Develop and implement strategies to improve the Costco Logistics program. Analyze and introduce new processes to enhance operational efficiencies. Create tools to assist the team in tracking shipments, expenses, and inventory. Collaborate with the IT project management team to ensure timely process improvements.

What Youll Need to Succeed:

Background in Transportation or Finance. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships. Proficiency in MS Excel. Experience working in an ERP environment.
