Senior Sales Manager

Domes Resorts is a leading luxury hospitality group based in Greece with a significant sales presence in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Sales Manager to join us as a freelancer based in Germany. In this role, you will represent Domes Resorts in your market, working remotely while managing and growing key accounts in the luxury travel segment. Domes Resorts is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager (freelance) based in Germany to manage and grow luxury travel accounts across the DACH region remote role with regular travel. Some Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key clients in the DACH region Manage a portfolio of accounts, with a focus on relationship-building and revenue growth Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls, product trainings, and account reviews Represent Domes Resorts at tradeshows, roadshows, curated events, and consortium meetings Organize and accompany familiarization trips and site inspections Collaborate with the Marketing & Brand teams to ensure optimal positioning Track ROI for sales trips, events, and other commercial activities Submit expense reports in line with agreed budgets
