Midwest Retail Services is looking for a sharp, data?driven Inventory Planning & Procurement Analyst to keep our shelves stocked with the right products in the right quantities, at the right time. Youll turn sales forecasts and customer demand signals into actionable purchasing and inventory plans that maintain strong service levels while managing inventory efficiently. This role focuses primarily on Lozier fixture products and other front?of?house fixture vendors that complement the Lozier line. Youll work closely with our Supply Chain Manager, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure our customers always get what they need fast. What Youll Do Translate sales forecasts and demand trends into purchase and inventory plans. Maintain targeted inventory days?on?hand (DOH) by product and vendor. Execute purchasing for Lozier and key vendors, managing lead times, pricing, and supplier performance. Monitor product velocity, seasonality, and demand shifts to optimize stocking strategies. Partner with Sales and Warehouse teams to align purchasing with customer projects. Track and report on key metrics such as fill rates, stock turns, and forecast accuracy.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 24 years of experience in purchasing, inventory planning, or demand forecasting, ideally in a distribution or manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Business Central. Excellent communication and problem?solving abilities. Thrives in a fast?paced, customer?focused environment.
