The Senior Manager of Regulatory Oversight (Natrium) reports to the Senior Director, Regulatory Affairs and is responsible for managing or performing activities associated with NRC regulatory construction oversight. The position will lead the development of the license application, implement the licensing strategy, develop licensing programs and procedures, and assist in managing interactions with the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, other regulatory authorities, and industry groups. Responsibilities: Manage the development and implementation of the Construction Regulatory Oversight Plans Manage the development, execution and maintenance of the schedule for the Construction Oversight Plans Manage the planning, coordinating, organizing, and executing of on-going regulatory oversight activities. Also, manages and is responsible for staffing (hiring, training/coaching, performance management, time management), reporting & budgeting activities related to the development of regulatory oversight activities Manages and is responsible for meetings as well as preparation for interactions with the regulatory oversight authorities Works closely with partner organizations to provide the required support on regulatory oversight activities Assists in managing interactions and communications with the regulatory authorities Supports the development and implementation of Regulatory Engagement Plans Works closely with the design authority
