Medical Director, Clinical Development (Neurology)Location: Greater Boston, MA (Hybrid 3 days onsite weekly)Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company focused on neurology and neuro disorders, is seeking a Medical Director of Clinical Development to join their team. This role offers significant influence over clinical strategy, trial design, and regulatory engagement for cutting-edge neurological programs.Responsibilities:Design and oversee early- and late-stage clinical trials for neurologic disorders.Serve as Global Clinical Lead across multiple programs.Author and review study protocols, CSRs, and regulatory documents.Provide medical oversight and data review during clinical trials.Engage with regulatory agencies, KOLs, and external partners.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, translational, and commercial teams.Represent the company at scientific and medical meetings.Qualifications:MD in Neurology or Psychiatry (Board Certification strongly preferred).Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience.Hands-on Clinical Development experience with Phase III trials; Phase III experience a plus.Expertise in CNS/neurology indications.Ability to work onsite three days weekly in Greater BostonCompensation: Competitive base salary ($250k$300k), bonus, equity, and full benefits package.
