Maintenance Lead

1st Shift/$35-$40/hr/Full-Time

Requirements

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Knowledge of safety protocols and quality control standards.

Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in injection molding maintenance, preferably with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of maintenance technicians in daily preventative, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities.

Ensure the reliability and availability of all molding machinery, robotics, conveyors, chillers, dryers, and other associated equipment.

Assign and prioritize work orders, monitor progress, and provide technical support to the team as needed.

Maintain and develop preventative maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with OEM specifications and safety standards.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality departments to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.

Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for recurring issues.
