Summary:

Assists the accounting department with various accounting duties and special projects by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Assist with the monthly close and maintenance for one of our companies. Assist with monitoring the Service MAX program balance checks and administration. Assist with completing duties required with job costing. Assist with physical paper file scanning, purging and organization and digitization of documents. Assists with related special projects, as required. Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and/or Experience:

Six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience or currently pursuing aBachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers. Must be well spoken and demonstrate good customer service skills.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Computer Skills : Accounting and MS Office software. Well organized, detail orientated, takes pride in a job well done.
