Requirements
What You'll Do
As an
Import Operations Agent , you'll play a key role in our import department, managing shipments, handling customs entries, and ensuring every customer experience exceeds expectations. You'll learn from seasoned professionals, work across departments, and develop valuable expertise that can lead to growth opportunities across our global network.
Key Responsibilities: Process import shipments and customs entries accurately and efficiently. Handle international shipments from start to finish (A-Z). Coordinate with overseas partners and clients to ensure on-time, compliant deliveries. Maintain daily communication and updates for internal teams and customers. Support compliance efforts with Customs, Bonded Warehouse, and CTPAT requirements. Prepare quotes, manage documentation, and maintain strong vendor relationships. Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive team culture. What You Bring Minimum
1 year of experience
in freight forwarding. Strong understanding of
customs regulations, tariffs, and classifications. Proficiency in
CargoWise , Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges. Why You'll Love Working Here
