Emerald Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a hardworking Warehouse Clerk to join its Brea, CA team! The Warehouse Clerk plays a critical role in supporting our electronics manufacturing operations by accurately receiving, storing, and issuing raw materials, components, and finished goods. This position ensures all inventory transactions are executed with precision, efficiency, and adherence to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and MSD (Moisture Sensitive Device) handling standards.

:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy against packing lists, purchase orders, and other documentation. Ensure all received materials are properly labeled, tagged, and documented in the MRP/ERP system. Identify and segregate nonconforming or damaged materials and communicate discrepancies promptly to Quality and Purchasing. Store materials in designated locations using proper ESD/MSD handling and labeling practices. Accurately pull, verify, and issue components to production in accordance with work orders and AVL (Approved Vendor List) specifications. Perform regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventories as scheduled. Enter all material movements, receipts, and issues accurately in the MRP/ERP system. Benefits of the Job:

Clerk

:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of warehouse or receiving experience in a manufacturing environment required;

electronics or PCBA industry experience strongly preferred. Proficient in MRP/ERP systems (experience with systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or Epicor preferred). Familiarity with ESD/MSD handling procedures, component packaging, and labeling standards a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling, identifying, and recording materials. Ability to read and interpret bills of materials (BOMs), packing lists, and component documentation. Reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and within a team environment.

Work Schedule: 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (2 positions available) 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (1 position available) Budgeted Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
