Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Monitor project budgets and control costs effectively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment for projects. Identify and mitigate potential project risks to avoid delays. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Mid/High Rises should have:
A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field. Proven experience managing mid/high-rise construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
