Job Description

We’re hiring a strategic and results-driven

Vice President of Asset Management & Leasing

in Dallas to lead performance and value creation across our client’s industrial portfolio. Our client is a a Dallas-based real estate private equity firm that acquires, develops, and manages well-located multi-tenant industrial properties throughout the United States. Since 2018, they have acquired 70+ properties and are actively growing. This is a newly created position (due to growth) that will play a major role in their expansion. The Vice President of Asset Management & Leasing will work closely with the Partners to develop strategic plans for the assets as well as oversee leasing.

An ideal candidate will have 5+ years of similar Asset Management and Leasing experience with industrial and/or commercial properties. Candidate must be very strong with leasing!

Position Requirements:

5-10+ years of relevant asset management and leasing experience, industrial real estate but office or retail experience is also okay

Strong focus on leasing multi-tenant industrial buildings (high volume, fast-moving deals)

Ability to work with investment team and capital partners

Strong analytical and real estate financial skills

Reporting for lenders and investors

Oversee a small, in-house property management team

Minimal travel

In-office position (not remote)

Bachelor's degree required; MBA
