Clinical Director
Wayside Residential Campus - Framingham
Salary Range:
$
85,000.00 - $100,000.00/year based on experience
+ sign-on bonus (half paid after 30 days of employment and half paid after 90 days of employment; pro-rated for part-time).
Wayside Youth & Family Support Network is hiring for a creative and supportive individual to work on our multi-disciplinary Residential Campus! The Campus Clinical Director is responsible for the clinical oversight of several residential programs, a partial hospitalization treatment program, and a Chapter 766 special education school on Wayside's Campus.
Please note: this is a clinical position that requires by contract: 1 - In-person. 2 -
An independent license such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or related.
What you will do:
The Clinical Director will provide clinical training, supervision and consultation to the Campus Clinical Supervisors. The Clinical Director will also provide monthly training to Campus Clinicians to ensure best practices are being met. The Clinical Director will work closely with the medical team to facilitate clinical rounds on all acute cases as well as ensure all clinical compliance standards are being met by completing regular medical chart reviews. The Clinical Director will be responsible for providing on-call coverage in a rotation with Clinical Supervisors. Provide input and consultation to program staff. Provide coaching and skill building of clinical interventions. Responsible for conducting clinical trainings in program staff meetings. Oversees the implementation of all Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Care, among other trainings on Campus. Member of Agency Clinical Quality Committee (as well as Clinical Risk meetings). Communication and facilitation with emergency screening teams and referral sources around crisis intervention. The Clinical Director will work closely with the Billing Department to ensure accuracy with insurance authorizations/reviews. The Clinical Director will have oversight of the graduate clinical intern program for the Campus. Competencies/Traits of Our Superstars:
Demonstrates high quality skilled communication and curiosity (i.e. ability to connect with others, approachability, being respectful to others, able to communicate at all levels, strong client engagement skills, etc.). Creative clinical knowledge, with specific work with adolescents in trauma informed care models of treatment. Demonstrates high quality writing skills as evidenced by strong client documentation. Is a natural leader with the ability to teach, mentor, and coach others (i.e., able to provide constructive feedback to employees). High stress tolerance and the ability to assess and manage risk and crisis management (i.e. comfortable handling unpredictable situations, must be effective at directing others in a crisis). Minimum Requirements
Master's degree and independent licensure (LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC required). Must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical managerial experience related to adolescent behavioral health.

Motivational Interview, Courageous Conversations, Attachment, Regulation and Competency Model (ARC); Trauma Informed Practice.
