Join our dynamic healthcare organization as a Human Resources Specialist!
We are seeking a talented individual to provide comprehensive HR support and lead our talent acquisition strategy, focusing on attracting exceptional healthcare professionals. If you are proactive, creative, and take ownership of your work, this role will allow you to build a strong talent pipeline and enhance HR operations, including onboarding/offboarding, benefits enrollment, training, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries and support. Effectively communicate and implement HR policies while ensuring legal compliance. Oversee payroll coordination to ensure timely and accurate salary payments. Assist in managing employee benefits, including open enrollment and vendor coordination. Work collaboratively to enhance HR processes across various functions (benefits, compensation, leave, talent acquisition/development). Maintain and update the HR intranet with relevant information. Prepare and analyze HR reports to inform decision-making. Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles, identifying top talent. Explore and manage diverse recruiting channels including job boards, social media, and educational institutions. Develop outreach campaigns targeting passive candidates and promoting employee referrals. Coordinate logistics for conferences and recruitment team events. Track and report on recruitment performance metrics for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field (preferred). At least 2 years of HR and talent acquisition experience (healthcare experience preferred). Results-driven and deadline-oriented individual. Proficient in HRIS (Paycor), ATS, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong knowledge of recruitment, retention, and employee benefits. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Exceptional analytical and project management abilities. Location Hybrid (3 days onsite) in Ft. Collins, CO. Type and Hours Direct Hire. Full-time, 40 hours per week. Salary:
