The Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist plays a vital role in attracting top talent, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, driving initiatives to enhance workplace culture, and coordinating onboarding activities to set employees up for success.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening
  • Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure strong talent alignment.
  • Oversee offer negotiation, pre-employment screening, and hiring compliance.
Employee Engagement & Culture Development
  • Implement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Organize events, recognition programs, and employee feedback initiatives.
  • Support employee communication and foster a strong employer brand.
  • Assist in retention strategies, including stay interviews and engagement surveys.

Onboarding & HR Coordination
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions to ensure new hires receive a seamless transition.
  • Coordinate paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation programs.
  • Assist in maintaining HR records, compliance documentation, and employee files.
  • Support HR processes as needed
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or employee engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards.
  • Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking systems
Work Schedule

This position is performed in the office Monday through Thursday, with an optional work-from-home Friday.
