Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Project Manager role. The candidate will lead the Project Management team, Survey Department, Operations and Logistics Departments, and ultimately oversee all civil construction projects in production. Qualified candidates will have a thorough knowledge of overall jobsite safety and an extensive knowledge of civil contracting (water, sewer, grading, paving, curb and gutter, and earthmoving)

Qualifications

· Extensive knowledge of Heavy/Utility construction

· Impeccable work ethic

· Planning, Scheduling, use of technology, and ability to communicate effectively

· Ability to read site plans and plan details

· Must have math knowledge of basic civil construction

· Reliable and trustworthy with valid Driver’s license

· At least 5 years of experience in construction management

· Extensive knowledge using computer applications for email, spreadsheets, calendar, construction software (such as Procore, Blubeam)

· Respectful and Consistent Leadership skills

Responsibilities

· The candidate will lead Project Superintendents and ultimately oversee all civil construction projects in production

· Qualified candidates will have a thorough knowledge of overall jobsite safety and an extensive knowledge of civil contracting (water, sewer, grading, paving, curb and gutter, and earthmoving)

· Responsible for managing all projects

· Planning, Scheduling, use of technology, and ability to communicate effectively is key to successful projects and is a non negotiable for this position

· Safety is top of all priorities, Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining a safe work environment and enforcing all safety policies

· Works with Project Superintendents to build a highly organized and profitable job site

· Responsible for quality production…do it efficiently and do it right the first time

· Attend Pre-Construction Meetings for upcoming projects

· Oversee crew training/development/evaluations with Project Superintendents

· Subcontractor/Vendor management to include obtaining estimates, following up to work status, and coordinating project needs

· Lead and Encourage a healthy culture among all crews by following our foundational beliefs
