Experience in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standup, sprint retrospective. Good understanding of consumer banking payment and transfer products, payment processing, money movement, fintech solutions and digital banking platforms. Soft skills: Communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, problem solving, leadership. Good-to-Have: Experience in payment solutions in ACH, Wire Transfers, P2P payments, Bill Payments, Real Time Payments. Knowledge on Payment networks, banking regulations and compliance. Key Expectations from the Role: Experience in financial solutions. Drive innovation in Digital Payments products. Responsible for defining and delivering a product that meets business objectives, user needs and technical feasibility. Salary Range:
