Job Description
Reporting to the Head of HSEE, you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving ISO-certified management systems (ISO 45001, 14001, and 50001), supporting audits, managing incident and energy data, and driving employee engagement through training and communication initiatives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCoordinate compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards\nManage internal audit schedules and ensure timely closure of actions\nMaintain training matrices, incident logs, and HSE trackers\nSupport incident investigations and root cause analysis\nMonitor energy usage and contribute to efficiency projects\nDevelop training materials, toolbox talks, and safety alerts\nCoordinate training sessions and maintain accurate records\nUse Excel 365, SharePoint, and Power BI to manage data and create dashboardsWhat You'll Need\n\nEssential:\n\nMinimum 1 year in an HSE or training coordination role within manufacturing or industrial settings\nStrong admin and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel 365, SharePoint, Power BI, and PowerPoint\nExperience supporting audits, managing training records, and handling incident/energy data\nConfident communicator able to engage across all levels of the businessDesirable:\n\nNEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)\nBasic understanding of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards\nThe company offers full support for NEBOSH training as part of your developmentPlease note that security clearance is required for this role - you will need to be a British passport holder or hold full right to work in the UK with a minimum of the past 5 years living and working in the UK. \n\nThis is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking manufacturer that values safety, sustainability, and professional growth.
