Serve as a technical leader in defining and enhancing MA&T department processes and tools. Qualifications You Must Have: A Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or 9+ years of experience in lieu of a degree. An advanced degree may be substitutive for years of experience. Proficiency in structural analysis software, such as PATRAN, NASTRAN, ANSYS, ABAQUS, or similar. Qualifications We Prefer: Strong understanding of mechanical principles to solve traditional structural engineering challenges. Experience collaborating in a team environment as well as working independently. 8+ years of experience in complex structural analysis that requires interdisciplinary collaboration.
