competitive pay ($110,000 - $150,000) ,

What Youll Do: Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical guidance to project managers and clients to ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and project specifications. Analyze and resolve complex field and structural design issues. Perform advanced engineering computations and design work across industrial, energy, and marine infrastructure. Develop detailed engineering plans, drawings, and comprehensive technical reports. Utilize advanced design tools such as
STAAD, RISA, Revit, AutoCAD, and Mathcad
to produce high-quality engineering documents. Make thoughtful design recommendations and adaptations based on real-world conditions and client needs. Lead and coordinate detailed phases of projects, both in the office and field. Monitor budgets, project timelines, and scope changes to keep deliverables on track. Collaborate in proposal development and project estimating. Mentor and supervise junior engineers, drafters, and support staff. Promote and uphold a strong safety culture across all projects. What Youll Bring: Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering
from an accredited institution. Professional Engineer (PE) license Required Minimum
5+ years of experience
in structural or project engineering roles. Demonstrated expertise in evaluating and designing infrastructure for
industrial, marine, energy, or transportation
sectors. Strong working knowledge of design codes such as
API, IBC, AISC, AWS, PCI, AASHTO . Proficiency in engineering software tools:
STAAD, RISA, Revit, AutoCAD, and Mathcad . Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills. About Portsmouth, New Hampshire
