A nationally recognized labor and employment law firm is hiring an Employment Litigation Associate in Seattle to defend employers in their most critical disputes. You'll brief and argue motions, take and defend depositions, drive discovery, and help steer class and single-plaintiff cases to the right outcome. Associates work with multiple partners, get real responsibility fast, and are supported with training, technology, and feedback that accelerates growth. Salary Range:

$182,000 - $205,000 / year DOE

Employment Litigation Associate Responsibilities: Draft and respond to discovery, initial pleadings, dispositive motions, and agency position statements Take and defend depositions; prepare witnesses and case strategy with partners Handle class and collective actions and wage-hour matters; support trial prep and hearings Defend employers in disputes involving discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage-hour claims Advise clients on workplace policies and day-to-day issues (plus) Manage deadlines across multiple matters in a fast-moving, team-based environment Employment Litigation Associate Requirements:

4 - 6 years of employment litigation experience, including class/collective action exposure Demonstrated experience defending employers in discrimination, wrongful termination, restrictive covenants, and wage-hour disputes Excellent writing, analytical, and advocacy skills; comfortable arguing motions and taking/defending depositions Proactive, self-directed work style="">#LI-BM1 #IND-LEGAL
