Your Role:
As an Electronics Manufacturing Testing Specialist in our Defense Systems Electronics Manufacturing, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Electronics Manufacturing Facility. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of fascinating projects within a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop test hardware and software, ensuring capabilities meet defined requirements.
Test systems including analog, mixed-signal, and RF applications at both the board and system level.
Engage with design, test, and manufacturing engineers to clarify assembly and testing requirements.
Interact with suppliers to manufacture essential test hardware.
Implement software solutions for testing production assemblies effectively.
Identify and address test readiness issues throughout the development process.
Set up manual or automated test equipment for functional, environmental, and life testing of prototypes and production assemblies.
Analyze test results and recommend measures for corrective actions and procedural improvements.
Work on various products catering to both military and commercial clients.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 4-8 years of experience or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of experience.
Hands-on experience testing electronic assemblies, including familiarity with In-circuit Functional Testers.
Proficiency with schematic capture tools for designing test hardware.
Experience with programming test code using NI LabVIEW, TestStand, or Python.
Technical skills in troubleshooting electronic components and assemblies using various test equipment.
Strong computer skills for managing manufacturing information and documentation.
Ability to read mechanical assembly drawings, electrical schematics, and related documentation.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with eligibility to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable experience with design concepts.
Current NI LabVIEW certification (CLAD/CLD) is a plus.
Familiarity with RF test equipment such as Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, RF generators, and more.

Pay Range:
$72,150.00 - $130,425.00
