Job Description
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project managers to monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Maintain communication with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project alignment. Prepare and review documentation such as contracts, reports, and project updates. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on job sites. Support project managers in resolving any project-related issues or delays. Track and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement. Contribute to fostering a productive and efficient work environment for all stakeholders. The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager (APM) should have:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 2+ years of experience in commercial construction (general contracting experience preferred) Proficiency in construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.) Understanding of construction documents, drawings, and specifications Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment What's on Offer
