16 hours a week - Must be flexible based on the needs of the business (in-person)

As an AISS Clinician, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex behavioral health needs by providing recovery-based clinical services. You will:

Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions. Collaborate with community providers, medical professionals, and family members to coordinate care. Assist individuals in building daily living skills and developing strategies for wellness and recovery. Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and support during emergencies. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. Promote independence, empowerment, and resilience among the individuals served. Who You Are

Master's degree in social work, Marriage and family therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field (required). Licensure or license-eligible in Massachusetts (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC, or equivalent) Preferred) Experience providing mental health or co-occurring services to adults (preferred). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Commitment to trauma-informed, recovery-oriented care. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (required). Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
