Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to handle a diverse book of business including contractors, real estate, manufacturing, construction, and related industries. This position is responsible for providing full-service account management from marketing and quoting to renewals and client support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within a brokerage environment and a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages and markets. This is a fully remote position, with the option to work from the office if preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage a generalist book of business encompassing contractors, real estate, manufacturing, construction, and other commercial sectors. Provide full-service account management, including quoting, renewals, marketing, policy issuance, and client servicing. Handle various lines of coverage such as Workers' Compensation, Property, Builders Risk, Commercial Auto, Inland Marine, Ocean Marine, and Foreign Policies. Partner with clients and carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insurance solutions. Review policy terms, conditions, and coverage to ensure accuracy and adequacy for each client's needs. Maintain accurate records and documentation within the EPIC agency management system. Identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of commercial lines account management experience in a brokerage environment (senior-level preferred). Active Property & Casualty license required. Proficiency in EPIC agency management system. Strong technical knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and carrier requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills. Ability to manage competing priorities in a remote work environment. Compensation Package
Compensation: Between $80K-$100K (depending on experience and qualifications). Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
