Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join a leading commercial electrical contractor in the DFW area. This company is well-established and specializes in managing and delivering large-scale commercial projects. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise crews on large commercial electrical projects. Coordinate daily schedules, manpower, and materials to ensure projects remain on time and within budget. Oversee installation of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with NEC, local codes, and company safety standards. Mentor and train apprentices and journeymen to develop strong, productive crews. Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to resolve jobsite issues. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as an Electrical Foreman on commercial projects. Solid tenure and proven history of successfully leading crews on large projects. Strong blueprint reading and layout skills. Knowledge of NEC codes and safety practices. Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
