Monitor the Hosting infrastructure stack as part of Epic Hosting Respond swiftly to problems and perform investigative and troubleshooting across tools to identify and resolve routine and complex network, hardware, virtualization, and presentation issues Communicate issues to contacts from healthcare organizations, assess impact, and assist with system builds Required Qualifications
Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed) A history of academic and professional success Exceptional interpersonal, communication, initiative, and leadership abilities Available to work second or third shift hours Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship COVID-19 vaccination Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Internet networking protocols and tools like TCP/IP, ping, and traceroute Knowledge of Linux, especially Ubuntu, Redhat, or CentOS CompTIA+, CCNA, Network+, or Linux+ certification Knowledge of VMware Job Details
