to oversee
all food and beverage operations
at the
Chateau Mar Hotel.

Oversee all current business lines such as catering and banquet services, the Lobby Café, and the Pool Bar, as well as the development and management of future business opportunities aligned with the organization's expansion goals. Ensures that all operations consistently deliver exceptional service, high-quality food and beverage experiences, and achieve established sales and profitability targets. Play a critical part in advancing Arc Culinary's brand presence within the South Florida hospitality market by driving business growth, operational excellence, and community engagement. through Arc Educates What are the requirements?
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts or Business Administration or related field. Minimum of seven to ten years of work experience in the food service industry. Must successfully complete required screening: Level II background check, physical and drug screen. Experience with business lines and retail venues meal production. HACCP and Servsafe knowledge is preferred. Prior experience with financial and operational, sanitation and administrative knowledge is needed. Must be detail oriented, organized, able to lead and direct a team of varied experience levels and be flexible with business demands including evenings and weekends.
