$75,000 - $95,000 annually Position Summary An established real estate firm is seeking a Tenant Coordinator to support the delivery of tenant improvement and construction projects across multiple properties. The role serves as a link between internal teams, tenants, and external partners to ensure projects are well-coordinated, completed on time, and aligned with company standards and lease requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate tenant improvement and landlord work from initial planning through project completion. Support leasing and project management teams with schedules, budgets, and documentation. Review design drawings and project specifications for accuracy and consistency. Facilitate communication among tenants, contractors, and internal departments. Monitor construction progress and assist with resolving field or design issues. Maintain organized project files, contracts, and reports. Assist with financial tracking, invoices, reimbursements, and approvals. Contribute to process improvements and project tracking systems. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in tenant coordination, construction, or commercial real estate project support. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project software (AutoCAD, Bluebeam) Familiarity with design documents, leases, and construction terminology. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
