Procurement & Sourcing Specialist

As a Procurement/Sourcing Specialist, you'll play a key role in developing sourcing strategies that deliver measurable value. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure quality, performance, and cost-efficiency across service lines. This job is located onsite in Tulsa, OK.
Key Responsibilities
Guide department leaders on sourcing priorities and initiatives.
Negotiate contracts, including national and local agreements.
Build strong relationships with end users, vendors, and distribution partners.
Track and report performance metrics for managed categories.
Research alternative suppliers to maintain supply chain resiliency.
Conduct supplier evaluations and ensure service benchmarks are met.
Collaborate with Legal Counsel to resolve contractual issues.
What You Bring 2+ years of recent experience in procurement, contract negotiation, analytics, or vendor management.
Experience with contract lifecycle management and supplier performance.
Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree required
Strong preference for CSP, CSCP, or CPSM Certification

Pay Details:
$62,000.00 to $93,000.00 per year
